What is Auriculotherapy?

Auriculotherapy is essentially reflexology for the ears. Each ear has 240 odd points which correspond to every part of the body and stimulated throughout this massage. It is wonderful to be combined with foot and hand reflexology in one session.

What can it treat?

Stress related conditions, anxiety, migraine, digestive disorders, arthritis, musculoskeletal, PMS, colic in infant, asthma, back pain, stiff shoulder, sore neck, headache, addiction such as smoking.

How will it feel?

Most people feel only a tiny tingling sensation at the ear reflex points during the  treatment.

How many treatments will I need?

The number of sessions varies and is determined by the client's health and reasons for seeking reflexology. You are more likely to see the greater benefits from regular sessions for example, once a week for 6 weeks. A general recommendation might be to begin with a session every week for 6 - 8weeks. followed by a 'tune-up' every  four weeks.

Treatment can be combined with a face, head, foot and /or hand reflexology as requested.
